How did you get involved in the sport:

Dad used to take me and my older brother every so often both indoors and outdoors, I was convinced I could beat my brother so carried on until I did! Then I joined my primary schools club, then joined Anglesey Adventure Club, then was selected for the North Wales Youth Climbing Club.

Top tips for future stars:

Go for it! Join a club or go with friends, work hard to improve but keep it fun. If you do core/arm strength at home, it’ll feel much easier on the wall.

Other activities:

Gymnastics, athletics, trampolining, skiing, swimming, mountain walking…. Anything outdoorsy!

Top 10 in the British Championships, Font 7a, to one day go to the Rockies and Yosemite

Your idol:

Any thanks :

My friends and family and especially my parents for their endless support & driving me to training and competitions (and dad for all the belaying).

A big thank you to my coach Frazer Ball for pushing me and helping me to be where I am now.

Also thank you to, Lions international, Beaumaris Menai Aethwy Lions, Indy Climbing Wall, Beacon Climbing wall, and DMM.
